Find Your Austin Home with Lauren McCoy

If real estate was hereditary, then Lauren McCoy would be an Austin real estate pedigree. Lauren practically grew up in real estate while her parents successfully have maintained a mortgage business for over 30 years. As an agent, Lauren has benefited from the relationships and unique insights from her family’s work. She developed her goal to become a real estate agent at youth and worked tirelessly to achieve it.

Lauren attended Westlake High School in Austin before graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Marketing. She returned home to fulfill her dream as a real estate professional in the Music Capital of the World. Lauren is proud to represent David Brodsky Properties, a boutique Austin real estate brokerage offering consultative services to homebuyers, sellers and real estate investors. Lauren values the focus on exceptional client service that David Brodsky Properties encourages for all its agents.

Real estate transactions are each as unique as the clientele involved. Because she understands that every client has their special set of needs, Lauren brings her passion for excellence and independent thought process to each relationship. Her individual perspective, sound reasoning and ability to connect on a personal level make her an ideal agent to negotiate in contentious situations.

We had a good experience working with Lauren McCoy. We started off looking at a house we were interested in purchasing that we had seen on the internet. Lauren was the sellers agent. That house was no longer available. Lauren became our agent and showed us several houses in the Buda- Kyle area. She sent us a list of houses that were available and we checked out some of them. We found one we really liked and with Lauren’s help, we were able to purchase it. We feel as though we got a good deal. Lauren was quite beneficial in getting everything we needed from the seller. Lauren was always prompt to respond to anything we needed and was very pleasant to work with.
